EMDR Intensives: A Dedicated Space for Deeper Healing

While traditional weekly therapy is a wonderful way to grow, sometimes our hearts and minds need a different pace. If you feel like you are "managing" your symptoms week to week rather than truly moving past them, an EMDR Intensive might be the gift of time you’ve been looking for.

An intensive is simply a concentrated block of therapy—ranging from a focused two-hour session to a restorative three-day experience. It allows us to move beyond the "how was your week?" check-ins and dive straight into the deep, transformative work of healing.

In a standard 50-minute hour, we often spend the first fifteen minutes settling in and the last ten minutes "closing up" to ensure you feel grounded before you leave. In an intensive, we remove those bookends.
