Walking With You Toward Hope and Healing
If you are struggling with finding yourself, slipping into a concerning pattern of substance use, struggling with self harm, been diagnosed with a chronic illness (or are suffering from a mystery illness), or are suffering from traumatic stress, I would love to walk on this journey with you as you find hope and healing through our work together. I have been working with addiction since 2014 and have extensive training in trauma and traumatic stress; working with addiction, dissociation, chronic pain, chronic illness, traumatic stress, and self-harm are some of my favorite areas to focus on during our work together.
I have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, am certified and a consultant-in-training in EMDR, and am knowledgeable in Ego State therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I take an attachment, somatic, and ego state approach to my EMDR therapy and find it to be some of the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done.
It can be hard to reach out for help; just the fact that you’re here searching for a therapist shows courage and a tremendous amount of willingness to find help. Your needs always come first - I take the approach of you’re in control and if you say no, we don’t go there. I’d be delighted to walk along side of you in your journey.

How I Practice Therapy
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and paced to fit you. I’m gentle and attuned—meaning we move at your speed—while also staying willing to name the hard things when they show up. Healing often asks for both safety and honesty, and my goal is to help you feel supported as you build real, lasting change.
We’ll start by getting clear on what you want from therapy. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop a treatment plan that matches your needs, preferences, and readiness. As we work, we’ll regularly check in and adjust our approach so it continues to feel helpful and aligned.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based methods including:
• EMDR to help reprocess distressing experiences and reduce triggers
• Somatic therapy to work with the body’s stress responses and build a sense of safety and regulation
• Ego state and parts work to understand and support different “parts” of you with compassion and clarity
• DBT skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships
• ACT to help you connect with your values and build flexibility with difficult thoughts and feelings
• CBT to identify patterns and shift unhelpful thinking and behavioral cycles
• Motivational Interviewing to strengthen motivation, reduce ambivalence, and support meaningful change
Whether you’re navigating trauma, chronic illness and pain, dissociation, relationship patterns, or life transitions, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, connected, and capable—one step at a time.
